Big Win for Trump in DC Court!

They’re attempting to keep this under wraps in the MSM, but the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) has considered the brief submitted by former Attorney General Ed Meese, which argues that Smith’s appointment by Garland was unconstitutional.

Meese presented a compelling argument, stating that only individuals already holding a federal office, appointed by the Chief Executive and confirmed by the Senate, can be granted the substantial powers of a Special Counsel in federal law enforcement and investigations.

Both Smith and the other Special Counsel appointed by Garland, Robert Hur, were private citizens and not federal officers.

As a result, not only will it be impossible to take Trump to trial in DC this year, but Smith must also wait to see if the Supreme Court agrees with Meese that his appointment and the entire investigation were based on an illegal foundation.
